Dr. Tom R. Leppard is a postdoctoral scholar at the Data Science and AI Academy of North Carolina State University. He received his PhD in sociology from NC State. His research interests include how resources are exchanged through social networks and how they shape life outcomes (viz. occupational attainment, education, relationship building,g etc.).
