INTERFACE brings NC State researchers, students and industry partners together to share research, exchange ideas and create new opportunities for collaboration.

Hosted by the NC State Data Science and AI Academy, the daylong summit highlights foundational and applied research from across disciplines. Faculty-led sessions, student posters, campus research resources and industry participation create opportunities to exchange ideas and develop new collaborations.

Participation submissions close Friday, Sept. 11. General registration opens Sept. 21.

NC State faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, research support units and local industry partners are invited to help build the first INTERFACE program.

Lead a Session or Workshop

Present research, demonstrate a method or lead a discussion in data science and AI.

Present a Student Research Poster

Share undergraduate or graduate research with faculty, students and industry participants.

Host a Research Resource Table

Introduce researchers to relevant campus services, facilities, tools and opportunities.

Participate as an Industry Partner

Connect with NC State researchers and student talent and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Support the Summit

The participation form also includes opportunities for sponsorship and volunteering.
