Jeanne McClure

Bio

Dr. Jeanne McClure is a postdoctoral fellow at NC State University’s Data Science and AI Academy and a GenAI data scientist. Her work focuses on large language models, prompt engineering, and project-based learning to advance data science education. She is a former National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) fellow, serves on the UNC System AI Pedagogy Committee, is a 2025 Posit Cloud Opportunity Grant recipient, and a member of the Association for Data Science in Academia (ADSA) working group on aligning workforce knowledge, skills, abilities, and tools (KSATs) with graduate-level data science competencies.
