Bio

I am a PhD Candidate in the Applied Social Psychology program. In my programmatic area of research, I primarily use observational and experimental research designs to explore how one’s mindsets affect their health, wellbeing, coping skills, and more. I also have experience with qualitative data analysis, systematic reviews, and mediation and moderation. I am very interested in applied work and have experience testing mindset mental health interventions with youth and young adults.
