Dr. ShuDon Brown is the SWPICS (Software Product Introduction and Customer Support) Continuous Improvement and Robotic Process Automation Leader at IBM in Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a Master of Science in Information Technology from North Carolina A&T State University. Dr. Brown’s dedication to excellence in technology and process improvement has earned her numerous accolades, including the 2022 Gold Globee for Most Innovative Woman of the Year in Automation and the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Leadership Award.
In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Brown is passionate about promoting diversity in STEM fields. As a board member of Triangle Women in STEM, she champions initiatives that inspire future generations of women to pursue careers in STEM. Outside of her work, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with her family and indulging her passion for baking delicious treats.
