Rolliene Mallari currently serves as the Director of CX Analytics and Insights at Elevance Health, where she leads transformational initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes, enhancing customer experiences, and driving process improvements through creating data-driven strategies. With an extensive background in population health, care quality, and health outcomes in payer and provider, Rolliene brings deep expertise to her work.

Rolliene holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy, with a minor in Cognitive Science, from Montclair State University. Additionally, Rolliene is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Passionate about health and wellness, Rolliene is dedicated to using data to drive meaningful, innovative improvements in the healthcare experience.
