Bio

I am Aneika Dickens, a Public Administration PhD student at NC State University, where I spend a lot of time thinking about the performance management of state and local organizations. I am currently learning and working in causal inference, determining if certain program treatments like policies on populations or organizations facilitate intended results. Most of my work deals with Human Service programs and implementation for the purposes of community improvement.
