What AI Liaisons Do
- Connect colleagues with AI resources, tools and training opportunities
- Share updates on university-supported AI initiatives and guidance
- Promote responsible and effective AI use
- Gather feedback and identify emerging needs within their units
- Help strengthen communication between local units and university-wide AI efforts
Program Goals
The AI Liaison Program aims to:
- Improve awareness of available AI tools and resources
- Support responsible AI adoption
- Reduce duplication of effort and encourage knowledge sharing
- Create a stronger connection between local needs and university-wide AI strategy
Who Should Participate?
AI Liaisons are faculty and staff selected annually by college leadership to help their units stay informed about AI-related resources, opportunities and developments. Participants do not need to be AI experts; the program provides training, resources and ongoing support to help them serve as effective connectors across their units.
